Broken Halo was born from the belief that no one should feel ashamed for wanting intimacy, connection, or pleasure.
Like many people, I've experienced life's highs and lows. I've faced heartbreak, loss, financial struggles, and the challenge of rebuilding my life from the ground up. Those experiences taught me how important human connection, self-confidence, and emotional well-being truly are.
Too often, conversations about sexual wellness are surrounded by embarrassment, judgment, or misinformation. I wanted to create a business that helps change that.

The return label uses a neutral sender name, so nothing on the parcel signals what is inside.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Billing descriptors are kept discreet and never reference explicit product categories, so your purchase stays private from checkout to statement.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier right away.
Returns
Intimate products come with hygiene rules, but you should never be left with something broken or wrong.
For health and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly, and without any awkward questions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
